I stopped in for their famous oxtails but decided to try the salmon since I always get the oxtails from here. The salmon was a great recommendation to explore and pairings alongside with the salmon, were seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend both options. Best creole in Orlando for sure!!

We stopped in for lunch. It was quite empty. However, many came in for takeout. There were quite a few items on the menu that were not available. Our food came quickly and was very delicious.

Awesome Food! Great flavors and very friendly staff! Nicole was great, she even brought me and my wife some fresh bouillon soup to try It was great and so was everything we had. We ordered ox tail stew with rice and whole red snapper cooked in sauce.. it was Amazing! I Will definitely be back and highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Great place for the whole family. This was a great find lucky to have found it! Enjoy 😉

Kalalou Caribbean Restaurant will leave you wanting more of their flavorful meals. I visited yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The ox tail with djondjon rice was amazingly delicious! The ambience and decor is just right! The food is simply a must try, offering a range of flavorful entrees and Caribbean drinks. The place makes you feel like you are on vacation. I will visit Kalalou again soon.

I visited this restaurant with my family, a group of about 15 people. The food was delicious, but the service was disorganized. However, the waitress was warm and treated us like family. I would consider coming back, but probably by myself or to get the food to go.

Ordered jerk chicken for $15 and received barely 3 pieces of dry rubbery chicken! Don't get me started on the joke of a 'salad'! 🙄 The description was jerk chicken but I got rice and beans with barely any chicken. I unfortunately found out after I got back and was ready to eat. The stars only are for some goodtaste and good service. I do not recommend making this same order.

The waitress took a long time to take orders and expedite food. Also, rice and beans was cold. when we voiced concerns the waitress had an attitude. There was only two tables with customers. So she should have been able to handle the service.One positive note my fish was amazing.

I ordered Creole Stew Chicken with Djondjon Rice. The restaurant sent me white rice. I wouldn’t be too upset if they bothered to add the beans puree that usually comes with the white rice, but they didn’t even get that right. If you’re open for business, you must take care of the customer. I ordered one dish and they basically screwed it up twice. How difficult is it to read an order, put it together, then take five seconds to make sure it’s 🤬 right. By the way, this isn’t their first time doing that. I can’t stand when a small business doesn’t care about their clientele. Places like that usually lose customers and eventually…………….
